Plus few have any understanding of who the people of the bible were, or historical context about them. Few seem to realize the text were passed down over centuries virtually by word of mouth, or that the text is filled with allegory.

When I was down, I had a chance to read it thru and thru and coupled that with reading Dr. Chancellor Williams 'Destruction of Black Civilization', for context and a better perspective understanding.

Powerful,, had to buy a new copy after lending one out and never getting it back.

Dammit, now I gotta add another book to my ever growing collection 😅.

This sounds quite interesting from the synopsis I just looked up.

Yeah, that's the beauty of it, always more to learn. Great book and historical reference.

I know its a bit of a cliché these days, but the more I learn, the more I realize I dont know shit. And I welcome all my preconceived notions to be proven wrong if /when they are.

That's me as well, there's always more, I know little to nothing. But what I know I know.
