#Nostr is still so early. Recently blocked with #Amethyst 5-10 "airdrop" spammers (everyday trying to reply on my posts). But. These scammers are so lazy or buzy on X's users scamming - since then there's no new spam, I don't see it for a few weeks!

Perhaps the reason is accumulated resistance - most #Nostr users simply ignore fraudulent publications, which makes their distribution pointless at the moment.
