Paid with lightning for something online and never received confirmation…the bot/employee keeps asking for TxID. I’ve given them the lightning invoice address and the preimage address and they still keep asking for TxID? What am I missing here?
TxID is used by the Bitcoin transactions. Since your have used the Lightning Network, chance are you the bot was bugged or the employee not trained.
