Hot take: i don’t use a smart watch or count my steps. It just seems like a way for more unnecessary data about you being leaked out to [apple, google, agencies?]

I don’t find it hard to know whether i had an active day and imo a lot of people overthink it

Plenty of pedometers that don't collect data.

Sure, it’s just not necessary for me. I go for a long walk and feel good or don’t and fee bad or a medium one and feel ok
