I can explain what I thought of the culture in Ghana, when I was there
from where I came from, it was disgusting to have garbage, human and animal waste etc running in the waterways
it was pathetic that men could whip their dicks out to piss anywhere but woman had to go hide to do it
while I was there for about a month, I heard from the ghanian people who wanted better infrastructure and living conditions that nothing would ever change because the political culture was to embezzle everything for themselves
the saying was 'this is Africa'
