Good question.

I do know Gensler has said, P2P Bitcoin is the only thing outside the SEC jurisdiction

A level playing field evens everything out.

At least now the light shines everywhere.

Thats what true decentralization does tho, eth and so on have like over 50% of their “nodes” run on AWS and in america. Ive been discussing this with sovereign tribal governments in america. I dont think anyone has true jurisdiction over anything thats digital or data thats only in one place for seconds. Lmao i dont want to take you down a rabbit hole but i am exploring tethering true decentralization like BTC and pairing it with true sovereignty that tribes in america currently have and operate inside. Its gonna be a beautiful thing. You want a real mind opener check out the zone my company is incorporated under its the first digital economic zone in america and its operated by and under the Catawba Tribes reservation and jurisdiction.

Amazing. A thousand percent this. Where to find out more?
