It turns out that I lost 20kg not 10kg. Just realised this!!!

During the pandemic my weight increased to 93kg due to lack of movement.

Now it’s 73kg.

My new set of clothes fit me perfectly and I intend to keep it that way so there is no room for any weight gain.
