Sick is an overstatement, my body says with allergies this is what we do now 😂🤷♀️. Can I blame this on hormones?
Hubs made the point that I had strep pretty bad (even the roof my mouth was swollen) a couple of years ago, and since then it seems like my voice goes easily.
Blame everything on hormones lol
I struggle with sore throats, esp if it is windy. There is a chinese herb tea which I always take for any throat issues, Yin qiao san. I could go on and on about sore throats from a Chinese Medicine perspective 😅 so I will stop now 😆
Oh I do, bad hair? hormones, burnt food? hormones, car out of gas? hormones 😂😂
It's been really dry, no humidity here 😭, so I think that doesn't help. A humidifier is on the way. My throat only hurt after I pushed it when my voice started going, very strange.
