How do you know that your delivery driver cares about you? They will give you their cell number… how do you know your delivery driver is too nice a person? They will hunt down deliveries for you on their vacation. Don’t forget when they do and be happy when they do. My UPS driver has been with me for about 10-15 years through three (reasonably near one another) address changes. He has my phone number and texts me before he arrives. FedEx and USPS? They change so often that I never get to know them. #gobigbrown
