It is. I studied that shit and you can too.

Start by researching lists of food with highest minerals vitamins etc. per gram.

There is mainly meat on this lists. Meat is always top 1-3. Fruits and veggies most of the time no even existing in that range.

Sometimes nuts are on place 9 or 10.

Eat what you want but don‘t spread bullshit.
