You should check out Vipassana (seeing things as they really are). Did a retreat last month and would highly recommend. It’s 10 days of meditation, no devices, no talking.
I did a 10 day vipassana retreat about 15 years ago. Loved it.

Oh dang you’re a step ahead! Where did you take the course? My wife and I jokingly suggested we should Vipassana in different centres around the world.
In Italy actually. Amazing center just south of bologna I think.
