I feel the same with running my own node and using Phoenix at the same time.
After running my own node for a time I am wondering if Phoenix is enough and I don’t invest so much time in running my own.

Running my own node may be my next step .. I'm glad I'm trying some of these wallets first though. I feel like I have a better grasp of things and that I'm not going to be putting the proverbial cart before the proverbial equine .. 🤙🏼
