I can't seem to find the option to.

"Profile" -> Upper right pencil icon -> Edit

Or you can go to https://nostrudel.ninja/#/profile

Although I haven't done much work on the profile edit view since I created noStrudel since there are better apps for updating your profile. notably https://metadata.nostr.com/
