To the same current situation we are all talking about. And I don’t disagree with this at all. You are absolutely, 100%, correct.
But business has decisions to make, compromises to deal with. At the end of they are not a good business they won’t last.
Also, Business should have clear terms of service on what they can deliver and what they can’t, maybe give the user alerts whenever possible, that what they are about to do could result in not ideal experiences.
I (we) pay for a lot of services that are not on nostr and they have their shortcomings also, this is not a nostr thing, this is life. It’s not like I’m 100% satisfied with every service I subscribe to.
Lastly, good and bad customer experience costs the same, so no excuse there.
