Do you know any applications for volunteers coordinator? Something where you can spilt tasks (without others to know about it), check deadline, know when volunteers will come to events/office, learning process of volunteer etc. Preferably all in one (free) app. 🤔

I am looking for something like Jira (to see how is doing what task and what is progress of the task - but without others know it)+ Google calendar + messenger + learning diary (everything together). 🤔

You might be able to search for this online, there are some sites that provide FOSS software divided in categories, maybe this has a special category (there most likely is one for your needs.)

Check out #trello and #asana , if you need something more specialized #airtable would be the best option.
