Oh, you can just download the Debian package or the Fedora package from the repository.

If you can compile it, yes. I believe there might be an unofficial client for the AUR, but I won't swear to that.

I'm successfully running it on arch. You just follow the compilation instructions but make sure you change anything that says "haveno-dex" to "haveno-reto" wile doing it.
