Well… I can get zaps but I can’t give zaps is something about Damus or I am being super noob like always?

You might be able to zap profiles by tapping the ⚡️ button next to the message button at the top right of someone’s page but zapping specific notes is not supported by the Damus client or the Apple Store, something like that.
