How do you do it?

Simple server pulling from all relays and sending to Google's Firebase Push Notification services.

Super easy. The only annoying part is having to maintain another server.

Pulling all things from all relays all the time? Does that work fine?

It seems to be working fine.... in javascript.. 😮

We just released push notifications on the Current App. But we are only polling current relays for zaps and syncing events using strfry sync.
