Robert Reich is an idiot.

He should know that none of these people are actually calling the shots and that they're not even close to be among the richest people on earth because all their value is dependent on their stock holdings which they can't touch without diluting the stock price.

Have never seen him call out WEF, banking elite and other parts of the control system. Instead he is selling increased taxes "on the rich" when he knows how useless that would be.
