Yeah, if all the chatbot does is keep redirecting you to item selection, or keeps telling you your item was delivered, you have to click on the "I need help with something else" prompt. Then it will eventually show you the selection of whether to chat with a human or get a phone call. Then they call you instantly. No matter time of day. I did it at 10 pm once.
