1 gold bar = 1 gold bar. If we don't care about fiat price in BTC why do we care about any hard asset priced in Fiat. I'd want Gold in some scenarios like some absolute shit show disaster that lasted a while say 6-12 months. I'd stilll have a lot of BTC for when the powers back on though.
