most employers are glad to 1099 you(as opposed to w2). then you can just not pay. ive been doing this for years. i dont know if anything will happen but i doubt it and i dont care anyway. i wonder if anyone has played the 'conscientious objector' card here

You can also just put exempt or withholds to 0 on your W2.

I would, but I have family I need to look after so can't go to jail.
