Will be nice to interview them after a while and see how they are doing it:
- why they start accepting Bitcoin
- how they manage the bitcoin funds (sell for fiat or save for later)
- pay suppliers, employees with sats
- the volume of bitcoin payments
- if the business is affected in any way by accepting bitcoin
We need to show the world more examples like these of how more merchants start accepting Bitcoin and how do they do it.
