Yeah there are ways to do things but I the main issue now is just lack of content. As you onboard new audiences and waves of people, they’ll create more and more content to choose from.

Also finding pockets of interesting content is part of fun I've had on nostr. I would also add that if you are a dev it is probably a great place to try and make projects / compete bounties on projects (unfortunately I'm not a dev so not speaking from experience, but certainly seems that way).
