I guess you could program a zap in a way that the recieving notification of the bank note triggers the zap, and you do it in an open way so everyone can see the details
Don’t think you really can, especially if it comes to bank transfers and so on. You’ll have to register as an exchange or pick your target audience
Thinking about this more, maybe your own server or chat group would work, add in “mediators” p2p, but another in for the sake of transaction. The two peers transfer to peer 3, peer 3 for taking on liability and trust gets % then disburses amounts or is able to act as a sort of loaner, if they have ability to make transfer work whether it’s cashapp or whatever to disburse the banking settlement part. It could work but you’ll never know if it’s classified as p2p or money laundering lol ppl do this on eBay with Veve collections as they are transferrable or resell able so they migrate accounts via eBay mediators.
