Kind of dreamt of living on Park Ave as a poor student with the rich farts when I was in my 20s. Today, maybe one of the worst places to think of.

Spent some time at 165E 86th in the German Kolping Community as a poor student a long time ago. The most interesting place for me at that time. Today the area is a nightmare. And you cannot even live with fam on a 200k salary on the Upper East side.
Headed out of the city recently as well. It’s too far gone now.
