this block does not have a hoa or anything
it's not like this is mandated mowing and you get fined if you dont
it's not like your neighbor will send you a letter saying your yard is unkempt
and if they did
you can just tear it up
speaking of, the mailman did deliver something to my house not meant for my family. the address on it was for my neighbor.
