If you're using LN to send put of cashapp and multiple wallets, tracking is next to impossible. Own node in the middle would be perfect. The place you use to convert LN back to on-chain will be able to see where the sats are being sent.
Don't forget to always use new addresses in your freezer. This way, nobody can connect them together unless you start spending.
