I think on android there is kiwi browser where you can use the extension.
On iOS you can install Nostore and use it as an extension with safari.
Or are you talking about with regular apps (non-PWA)?

For iPhone you can use Nostore with the safari browser. When you install the app you’ll be able to configure a profile or multiple.
When you go to a nostr app that supports nip-07 you’ll be able to authorize the extension for that site.
I’m less familiar with the options on android although it seems you should have multiple options with browser apps that support extensions such as Alby or nos2x.
