You need another step in between to transfer from the XMR address to a different XMR address, then swap that to lightning that's now unlinked to your Nostr account.

Yes. It's less than a cent. You can transfer multiple times if you're paranoid. It seems like most users here don't care to hide their transactions. But who wants the store owner to know their online persona?
