3:30 am
Last night, no sleep horizontally. Got up to vibrating feeling. Later stomach cramped incredibly bad for hours.
Tonight, sleeping in recliner works but twice I've awoken chilled and vibrating
Theory: Lying down triggers pituitary overload → hormonal/electrical “dump” → vibrating wake.
It’s not anxiety. It’s collapse. (Now in feel hot after just a few minutes)
