In don't have a tortilla press. I cut out two sheets of plastic from a gallon ziplock bag and press the dough between the plastic on the counter with a pyrex casserole dish. Very authentic. Especially when the word pyrex is imprinted into the tortilla!

I just used two pieces of parchment paper, then used a rolling pin.
