Nobody has the right to just show up and start working in the USA. We have laws.
I'm also pretty sure NOBODY is moving or even visiting your country. South Africa, right ?

Americans are over staying remote work visas and we have a problem kicking them out.
Also, plenty of people are coming to South Africa, as we see property prices increase tenfold.

In any case, our laws regarding foreigners tends to be at the end of a bush knife that a police officer.
I support countries doing whatever they choose. Whenever I'm abroad ... I quickly figure out their local regs and follow them to the tee. Weird .. people come to the USA and pretend we're an anarchy.
The USA is very Northern European ... people forget that. Very much the way Britain WAS in the past. LAW AND ORDER. The Latins do not for sure. They view laws as suggestions.
That's common in the global South, but you also see the over reaching "laws" happening in the North
