My guess is because bitcoin has existed and has done a lot of maturing, but nostr is still a baby that almost nobody knows about

It’s because the nostr concept is easier to understand for most than bitcoin and it will naturally lead people into bitcoin anyhow..

IMO, it’s a lot easier to advocate and unveil the importance of people’s voices/ content/ thoughts being ungovernable, uncensored, maximizing freedom of speech, and not data mined and or puppeted by a centralized entity out for their corporate or personal interests. It’s an easier pill to swallow for traditionalists, no coiners, ALL people and creates much less of a knee jerk reaction, and reduces false fears of their sense of financial security being compromised. Bitcoin is inevitable. Speaking towards the truths and freedoms unleashed through NOSTR WILL Peel the layers back for many… they will see the critical importance of being uncensored. Nostr WILL lead to people gaining an understanding of the importance of separating money from state. It’s inevitable. NOSTR is a BEAUTIFUL and POWERFUL bridge towards both sound money, and being ungoverned.
