Whenever I’m too lazy to come up with a workout (which is often), I just dive into a version of this:

15 KB swings - 45 to 75lbs

10 push-ups

5 pull-ups (varied grips each set)

10 sets minimum. 15 sets gets a great pump.

10 sets under 10 mins is an absolute burner

You can sub squat jumps or lunge jumps for KB swings to add variety

Increase or decrease reps/sets based on ability

Do it outside and in the sun for some extra nature juice

Gets my ass doing something without thinking too much about it.
