Bing (the rabbit) for smallest kids but very educational for parents. The parent there has like level thousand of patience and kindness 😁

Sponge Bob.

Classics like Duck tales, Chip & Dale, etc.

Once Upon a Time... Life (I think French series, educational how body works, but very entertaining, I loved it as a kid)

Especially for older kids I would go to anime - many, many good shows there.
