There is a huge difference between the law and the acts, statutes and guidelines etc that make up the legal system. The latter only gets the force of the former with your consent. If you are happy to give your consent then fair play to you.

They don't need your consent to put you in jail for what ever reason they make up. It's brute force power like debanking someone. Orders just come from the top. Look at what happened to Andrew Tate as an example...
