People who do understand Bitcoin think of it as a denominator:

That is the fundamental difference; which side of the equation one puts the only measuring stick which can’t be altered.
Let me make it even simpler for you:
There is no denominator,
because finite money has NEVER existed—until now.
Prices are just one thing divided by another thing.
Price is how we humans coordinate peaceably rather than violently (trade vs war).
I don’t see that ever going away, but it’s going to be used differently than today for sure.
It goes away once you realise actual money didn’t exist until 2009.
The rest is just numbers.
