Ha if I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard this.
We’re genuinely contemplating creating a land/resource fund for a shtf scenario as an insurance policy for ourselves and loved ones.
If they invest and put their money where their mouth is there is a place for them with necessities in bad times. In good times we’d be raising animals, building infrastructure and renting out cabins
