my best results are currently with Brave and Start Page. Also liking Leta. Can't figure out if Swisscows is trustworthy or not. DuckDuckGo works well, but getting interestingly filtered results compared to others.

I think the aim is to retreat from AI search engines and an AI controlled interwebs. My aim anyways 😅

I understand where you’re coming from. I’m of the opinion that stuff like this is inevitable, whether you like it or not. The real question is if ethical-minded tech/companies are going to be successful and prominent or not
Yeah.. Kinda have to stay on the bleeding edge of this stuff to understand what's actually being brought out too. I would only ever trust a physical robot/android if it was completely open sourced and also audited by a major percentage of the planet.
... Until programming is as common as speaking your native language though, not sure if that's going to happen.
