I wanna set up a relay, should be easy enough by setting the byte limit.

On a related but off-topic: does ANY client simply allow you to press Ctrl+V to paste a picture into a note? Iris doesn't and I haven't tested anything else (cos I am quite a fan of Iris!)

hmmm - the analogy might be different - I can still reply with long notes and any other relay can have users that can interact with my long note.
So you will in effect cut yourself off from the conversation rather than the other way round.
It's a bit like the scene in the second ever Superman movie where the villain locks up Superman thinking he is going to kryptonise him and he ends up kryptonising everything OUTSIDE the chamber -- (if we are going to get a good analogy :D)

Opt-in relay with a byte limit, you're free to not like it.
Yeah, thatβs fine. Just reminded me of Twitter which was a top down restriction which I never liked. I think the limit has contributed to the toxicity on Twitter and I wouldnβt want that on here
it's the one thing i now HATE in Twitter...
