What if every brand new Damus (or other client) account automatically posted #RunningNostr as an automatic post.

Then #Plebchain can search #RunningNostr to welcome new accounts. 👀

Just use the free welcome.nostr.wine relay that highlights a new pub-keys’ first few posts?
