So is this considered a win? I mean if Grayscale gets the go, that means Blackrock is right behind. This should pump up the price.

I expect BlackRock to be first to market because the SEC and all those BR guys are one big happy family.
The grayscale thing is just giving the SEC cover to release the hounds as it were.
