“On a scale of 1 to 10 rating for how peppy a rock record is, the new Wilco LP “Cousin” is a -27. There are a couple lovely ones on there, but I don’t know why one of the greatest rock bands of the day really doesn’t seem to want to rock.”

I think Jeff ran out of songs about 10 years ago.

When you have a band with Nels, Sansone and Kotche and aren’t letting them shine: as a fan, it’s very frustrating. I’m not expecting Sky Blue Sky-level every time but this isn’t even the same band.
