Created a vault. Synced it between the ipad and the phone. Added the excalidraw plugin for handwritten notes. Super easy to do

yeah. deep rabbit hole. its kind of like a Notes OS really.
but its the most organized and accessible my notes/documents have ever been.
plus there’s pretty colors
I’ll have to keep exploring. The UI/UX is super simple yet it feels like there’s so much stuff in there

That's what I like about it. I'm not a techie person, but I get lots of use out of it. Easy, as you say. Can be as simple as you want. I like simple. :)
