🤣 I’m going down to Sheepshead Bay this week to buy perogies in the bulk lol

Right now I’m deciding on the Village or Financial. I can do it. I can do the Queen sized bed… 🤔 I live in nature now, very hard to leave.

I heard financial is cheaper now that they all left the city.

If you need to be in Manhattan everyday it’s a tough commute to live out on the edges. But Coney Island was surprisingly nice to live in, having access to the boardwalk, sunrises and sunsets over the water, I had so much more light plants could grow inside. Also got a whole extra bedroom for the same rent.

That is 100% true. The prices are down now & all my friends are in financial.

In the summer time, it was family tradition to pull the yacht out from docking by Manhattan Beach & go out into the sea to swim in the Atlantic or view the city skyline.
