No, we have not done official measurements yet, but you can barely hear it when running at normal frequency (600). The cooling is so strong that the pump/fan runs at between 20%-40% only.

On the other hand, if a little noise is okay, you can massively overclock it (but watch/replace the 8A fuse first).
