Probably closer to 9-10% currently, but that's down from having a beer gut 90 days ago.

Been eating a mostly animal based diet for some months now and I can see the difference. Time to stick to it

Yes my diet today is entirely red meat, diary and eggs. About once a week I eat a salad for the purpose of scrubbing my insides out, but that's all salad is really good for.
