Found what my plant ID app says is Wild Comfrey or Blue Houndstounge. Does anyone know if this is a good substitute for comfrey for herbal medicine formulas? #grownostr #herbalmedicine
I had a brief look, I wouldn't substitute it for the real deal if I was making medicine.
