All states should have the following laws:
-If they enter a war, the president of the country and his family must fight on the front.
- War can only be financed with unforgeable assets.

My wife feels the same way, but in time she will eventually agree with me 😂
This is how we used to do things. We still had plenty of wars. They were more limited in scope and duration, but countries were also smaller and less technically advanced. I think it would help, but don't underestimate the willingness of millions of people to fight each other.
